Since we focus mainly (but not only) on banking and finance, we understand the interdependencies of our clients’ system. From historically grown legacy-IT, IT roadmaps (especially in Germany the approach of an associate-wide “Bebauungsplan”) to regulatory boundaries under the European Banking Authority, we combine creative disruptiveness with realistic rationalism. Ideation and Moderation
As initiators of innovation processes, we generate tangible, digital food for thought for service and product teams. We give advise on managing inno labs, and train the creative strengths of product and service teams. We moderate digital leadership workshops. All our workshops and process-advices are focused on a clear and pre-discussed outcome, applying agile principles, current research and the personal consulting and management experience (conducting consulting in more than 20 markets).
Stepping into inno projects in established enterprises or organisations often means wearing the hat of a change agent. We guide managers and employees through the ambiguity of digital transformation without stressing buzzwords, but create individual and company-wide benefits through first-class methods and tools. Together with our clients, we develop organization-wide action steps towards agile collaboration models, new management structures and new work – methods.
Design Thinking & Rapid Prototyping
We teach product and service teams how to build digital products and services. With a huge passion for Design Thinking, it is our goal to implement agile innovation methods as such, but also to accompany teams along the process of realization. For this, we developed the Prototyping Landscape, a handy tool granting orientation to newcomers of User Experience Design and Coding. Thus, we push (even pure business people) teams to integrate these skills into their 360 degree approach, enabling them to communicate digital ideas like apps without the need of a business-to-technology-translator (or vice versa).
Agility beyond hyped keywords: We implement meaningful – not just popular – agile practices and leadership styles in a way, that the creative and productive outcome of teams will increase! For instance, with our own Kanban – Serious Game KASIMO, we have developed a flexible learning app that forms the basis of our Kanban trainings. This training can be adapted to your individual workflows in order to learn agile practices at high speed with practical examples and to reduce bottlenecks in the process flow.
We connect traditional organisations with digital talents, start-ups and scientists. This makes us unique, as we are living in both worlds, academia and practice. Further, we translate outsourced scouting-services into your internal scouting-strategy for you.
Applying modern, visual methods, we conceptualise and moderate complex IT-Workshops. From classical Requirement Engineering (which we would do with User Stories and Story Mapping, as well as with Customer Journeys) to Application Management – Workshops we do not hesitate to dive deep into our clients’ enterprise architecture environment and development plan.
At the intersection of strategy and IT consulting, the team around Nicolai Krüger offers research-driven services of applied Digital Transformation and Innovation. In short, intensive workshops (with design thinking, design sprints or other goal-oriented methods) we promote creativity, accompany transformation projects and individual coaching sequences.
